Trump’s trade war quietly worsens Indiana’s budget crisis

In all the news about cuts to the new state budget, you may never see his name. But the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute warned — weeks ago — that President Trump's latest trade war would be especially damaging to Indiana's factories and farms, and thus to the tax revenues they generate.
